If you have an issue with your order or an item arrives damaged please email us at shophisel@gmail.com within 3 DAYS of your delivery date.
WE ARE NOT responsible for lost packages. If you're having issues with your order saying delivered but it is not in your possession, you will have to file a claim with the post office. All orders are shipped with insurance. Once it is in USPS possession it is no longer my responsibility.
TAT = TURN AROUND TIME. We provide a TAT for each product to give you an idea of how long it takes our shop to process an order.
The TAT for each product can be found in the product description.
TAT DOES NOT account for shipping days! The time it take the post office to deliver your package is separate.
TAT DOES NOT include weekends or holidays.
If your order has an item with a longer TAT, all of your items will ship at the longer TAT. Please place SEPARATE orders if you would like certain things sooner.
